Most people arrive here after trying everything else.
The apps. The journals. The podcasts. The strategies. The constant effort of trying harder and hoping something finally sticks. But lasting change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to do more.
Hypnotherapy offers a different way forward — a way to work with the deeper patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that have been influencing your life beneath the surface.
It’s an opportunity to understand what’s been driving your choices and create meaningful change from within.
Here’s how we work together.
Lasting Change
For deeper, lasting shifts, a series of sessions gives us the time and space to go further, building on each layer, reinforcing new patterns, and making sure what changes actually sticks.
Package options available. Let's talk about what fits your goals.
The Flip Your Script Promise
What if you stopped asking "Why can't I just get it together?" And started asking "What would it look like if this was easy?"
That one shift changes everything.
Hypnotherapy works beneath the surface, where your patterns actually live. Not through force or discipline or white-knuckling your way through. Through curiosity, awareness, and a nervous system that finally feels safe enough to let go.
Awareness is the bridge. Not the destination. We cross it together.

Not even a little. Stage hypnosis is entertainment, designed to make people do silly things for a crowd. Clinical hypnotherapy is the opposite: a calm, focused state where you stay in complete control. You won't say or do anything you don't want to. Most people describe it as feeling deeply relaxed but completely aware.
-
Honestly? A lot like that floaty feeling right before you fall asleep, or that flow state when you're completely absorbed in something. Your body relaxes, your mind softens, and you become more open to new ways of looking at things. Most people find it surprisingly pleasant.
-
Almost everyone can experience hypnosis to some degree. The biggest factor? Willingness. If you're open to it and feel safe, it tends to work. If you're fighting it or trying to catch it out, that's a harder starting place. That said, sceptics can and do benefit, curiosity is enough.
-
Everyone is different, which is why I start all new clients with a series of three sessions. It gives us the space to go deep, build momentum, and get a real sense of what's possible for you.
-
That voice has probably been running the show for a while. It makes sense it would show up here too. You don't have to silence it to start, you just have to be a little curious. That's enough.

Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for mental health therapy or medical care. If you're working with a therapist, doctor, or other health professional, hypnotherapy can be a powerful complement to that work. If you're unsure whether this is the right fit for your situation, I'm always happy to have an honest conversation about it.
